Sit, Walk, Bike (or Run) for Tibet

Introducing a unique triathlon combining sports and meditation.

Sit, walk, and bike (or run) as a team. Add up the miles and hours to complete a team triathlon.

For all ages and abilities: children, teens, and adults.

Read an article on the Shambhala Times about New York's event: "RUN for Tibet a Success!"

Proceeds from the event help to our education project at Surmang in Tibet.

Konchok Foundation is building a school (shedra) in the Surmang Valley in eastern Tibet, one of the poorest areas of Tibet today.

The school, located at Surmang Monastery, will provide classes for boys and girls, monks and nuns, as well as adults.
